The VA web mail uses SSL and its own Certificate Authority (CA). Different browsers handle the SSL differently. An Error/Warning may appear regarding the website's security certificate. Some browsers will allow you to "Continue to this website" and ignore the warning. Whereas, other browsers will require you to install the CA certification path to your browser.
