Corona, CA Charles McKinley, P.E. (a.k.a. Charlie) joins VA Consulting as Vice President of Water and Wastewater Engineering. Charlie is a registered civil engineer in the State of California and brings over 25 years of experience in a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects including project management, planning, design, permitting and operations review of municipal water, recycled water and wastewater systems.

November 18, 2008 VA Consulting Donates to the City of Mission of Viejo/Ocean Institute Watershed Education Program
Irvine, CA VA Consulting participated in the Mission Viejo/Ocean Institute 6th Grade Adopt-A-Class Watershed Education Program. The program provides a valuable opportunity for students in the Capistrano Unified School District to understand and learn how they can help protect the ocean environment by keeping our community's watershed areas clean. VA's support enabled 6th grade students from Carl Hankey Elementary School and Newhart Middle School to participate in the program.
