Electrical engineer by training, Stephen brings over 30 years of experience in engineering. He has held several leadership positions at Stantec, particularly in the energy sector.
As a regional leader, he contributes to driving growth and enhancing the visibility of Stantec's team in Quebec, which comprises 1,600 employees spread across the province. With his inclusive leadership and strategic vision, he also promotes excellence and innovation by fostering collaboration between business lines and the development of strategic initiatives.
Actively involved in the industry, Stephen sits on the board of the Quebec Electrical Industry Association (AIEQ) and leads the Energy Technical Committee of the Quebec Association of Consulting Engineering Firms (AFG – Quebec).
