VA Consulting, Inc. (VA), formerly known as Van Dell and Associates, is a full service consulting engineering firm specializing in the fields of land development, transportation, water resources, and land surveying. Since our formation in 1973, VA has serviced public agencies and private clients in the planning, design, and construction of southern California communities.

Staffing

VA’s technical staff consists of registered civil engineers, registered traffic engineers, registered land surveyors, planners, designers, CADD technicians, and mapping technicians who satisfy a broad range of expertise needed for creative solutions to complex projects.
